Unmiss vs Tiimo: which planner fits you?
Tiimo is a visual planner with an AI co-planner that helps you create, prioritize and reshuffle your tasks, plus a focus timer and family profiles. Unmiss has no AI planner. You plan to-dos for a day yourself, and routines run one step at a time with timed steps. A partner can hear when a shared routine isn't kept.
How they compare
| Topic | Unmiss | Tiimo |
|---|---|---|
| Planning help | You plan it yourself, with a nudge each morning | An AI co-planner that helps create, prioritize and plan tasksT1 |
| The day | A list for today with its routines and to-dos, plus a Timeline that shows the free time between things | A color-coded daily overview with drag-and-drop tasksT3 |
| To-dos | Priorities, notes, due dates, subtasks and recurring to-dos. A to-do can sit on a day with no time | A to-do list with AI priority groupingT4, and subtasks and checklists on AI task cardsT5 |
| Routines | Their own tab. Start one yourself or put it on a schedule, then go one step at a time with timed steps and a cue when a step's time is up | No routines feature in its App Store feature listT6. Its site says "Tiimo remembers the steps, gives you timely reminders"T2 |
| When plans slip | "Planned earlier" brings each item back for you to place. An evening review moves what's left to a day | "Your co-planner reshuffles the day for you"T2 |

| Other people | A partner hears if a routine you shared isn't kept, never which step | Up to 5 family profilesT9 |
Pick Unmiss if...
- Your routines have steps, and each step needs its own time.
- You'd rather decide yourself where each unfinished thing goes.
- During focus, you want the apps you pick to stay shut until the block ends.
- You want someone you trust to hear when a shared routine isn't kept.
What Unmiss doesn't do
Unmiss has no AI co-planner or chat, and it doesn't import your calendar. It won't reshuffle your day for you: each leftover comes back and waits for you to choose. A focus block ending never ticks off its to-do, and nothing closes until you tick it.
Questions
Does Tiimo have routines?
Tiimo's current App Store feature list doesn't name a routines featureT6. Its site says the co-planner remembers the steps and reminds youT2. In Unmiss, routines are a tab of their own, with steps that can each carry a time.
Can Unmiss plan my day for me?
No. You put each to-do on a day yourself, and a nudge arrives each morning. At night the evening review asks "Ready to wrap up today?" and moves what's left to a day.
Can a step in a routine stay silent?
Yes. Each step either rings or doesn't. A silent step is ticked in the routine's checklist.
