Terms of Use
Last updated 13 September 2026
These terms cover the Unmiss app and this website, from MainGauge ("we"). They are not legal advice.
Acceptance
By using Unmiss or this site, you agree to these terms.
What Unmiss is, and what it is not
Unmiss schedules alarms and reminders on your device. It is not a medical device and it is not a substitute for medical, clinical, or professional care. Do not rely on it as the only safeguard for anything that would cause harm if missed. Alarms depend on iOS, on your device being on and working, and on notification permission being granted.
Availability and prices
Unmiss is on the App Store and needs iOS 26. Any price shown on this site is in US dollars; the App Store shows the price in your own currency, set by Apple's pricing tiers, and that is the price you pay. The purchase terms below govern what you buy.
Accountability partners
Sharing a reminder or a routine is your choice, made one at a time, and you can stop at any time. When you share one, your partner receives its title and your first name. Choose what you share accordingly. Pair only with someone who has agreed to it. If someone pairs with you and you would rather they did not, you can unpair from inside the app.
Purchases
Unmiss is one subscription, Unmiss Plus, billed monthly or yearly. There is nothing else to buy, and being someone's accountability partner never needs one.
- Payment and billing are handled by Apple through your App Store account, under Apple's terms. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you buy.
- Unmiss Plus renews automatically at the end of each period, monthly or yearly, unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period.
- You manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store account settings, not in Unmiss. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not shorten the period you have already paid for.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under their policy. We cannot issue them.
- The three free days are an Apple introductory offer, available once per Apple ID. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before they end, the subscription starts and you are charged. An Apple ID that has already used the offer is charged straight away, and the app says so before you subscribe.
What happens if a subscription ends
Nothing is deleted. Your alarms and routines switch off and are marked as switched off by the lapse, and they come back exactly as they were when you subscribe again. Anyone you were watching as a partner, you keep watching: that never needed a subscription.
Acceptable use
Use Unmiss and this site normally. Do not attempt to break, overload, or misuse them, do not submit an email address that is not yours, and do not use the accountability feature to harass anyone.
