Unmiss vs Opal: which one fits you?
Opal is a screen time app. It blocks apps and websites on a schedule, sets daily limits and scores your focus. Unmiss is a day planner for to-dos, routines and focus, and its focus blocks can keep the apps you pick shut until they end.

Pick Unmiss if...
- You want to plan the day and focus on one to-do with the apps you pick shut until the block ends.
- You run routines and want to go through them step by step.
- You want someone you trust to hear when a shared routine isn't kept.
What Unmiss doesn't do
Unmiss shuts apps only while a focus block runs. It has no daily app limits, no blocking schedule outside focus blocks and no screen time reports. A focus block ending never ticks off its to-do; you tick it when it's done.
Questions
Is Unmiss's Deep Focus the same as Opal's?
No, though they share a name. In Unmiss, Deep Focus keeps the apps you pick shut until the focus block ends, and you can still end the block yourself. With Deep Focus on, Unmiss asks you to confirm it's you first. Opal describes its Deep Focus as one you can't bypass or cancelO4.
Can I use both?
Yes. They do different jobs: Opal limits and blocks apps across the week, and Unmiss plans the day and shuts apps during a focus block.
Does Unmiss show my screen time?
No. Unmiss's Progress shows what you answered and how many minutes you focused.
